Refund Policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because each project is customized and requires dedicated time, planning, and scheduling, all initial booking payments are non-refundable once a project has been confirmed and work has been scheduled.
Project Payments
The initial payment reserves your project date and allows work to begin. This payment is non-refundable except where otherwise required by law or expressly stated in your service agreement.
Additional payments made toward a project may become non-refundable once the corresponding phase of work has begun or services have been performed.
Final payment is required before the completed website is launched, transferred, or otherwise delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your project after work has begun, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed and expenses incurred through the cancellation date.
Any amounts paid for work already completed are non-refundable.
If the amount owed for completed work exceeds payments already received, the remaining balance will become due according to the terms of your service agreement.
Digital & Design Deliverables
Due to the customized nature of web design, graphic design, branding materials, and other digital creative services, completed or approved work is generally not eligible for a refund.
Printed Materials
Once a design has been approved and submitted for printing, orders for printed materials cannot be canceled or refunded through Kontent By. Kenyah.
If printed products arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue with the third-party printing provider. Reprints or other remedies may be subject to that provider’s policies.
Third-Party Costs
Payments made for third-party services including domain registration, website hosting, premium applications, platform subscriptions, stock assets, printing, shipping, or similar expenses are generally non-refundable and remain subject to the third party’s own policies.
Designer Cancellation
If Kontent By. Kenyah must cancel a project before services have been substantially performed, any refund due will be determined based on work already completed, expenses incurred, and the terms of the applicable service agreement.
